James & Hailey play house

James played his video games - with some extra help!

We went to Sam's Club.  I pushed the food cart and James and Hailey wrangled the girls.  I laughed at how uncomfortable they got every time someone told them how cute their kids are  "uhh, they're not ours!"  It's like they were afraid that it would come true or something.  haha!  I guess it might be awhile before they decide to have kids of their own.  Sorry mom!

I'll let you guess which baby liked the frozen yogurt and which baby thought it was just too cold.

A conversation Scarlett and James had in the car.
Scarlett: "I like Rainbow Care Bear the best."
James: "Why?"
Scarlett: "I like rainbows."
James: "Why?"
Scarlett: "Cause they're fun!"
James: "What makes rainbows so fun?"
Scarlett: pauses to think... "Cause you can slide down them!"
James: "Have you ever slid down a rainbow?"
Scarlett: "Yeah..."
James: "Where did you slide down a rainbow?"
Scarlett: pauses to think... "When I was in prison."
Scarlett LOVES her Frozen shirt - thanks Aunt Jami!  She's such a girly girl.  I found her giraffe like this the other day... how fancy!

These two are bath time experts!

Scarlett got to fly her kite with her dad while Jamley (?)  Haimes (?) took care of the twirls and I took a NAP!!!

I think I slept in almost every single morning.  Hallelujah!

Nail stampin it up!

Uncle James fit fight in with the girls.  He even left his mark on the playset.

James told Hailey and me that he would do all the diapers the first day he was here.  Unfortunalty for him, Scarlett will only go #2 in a diaper (we're working on it).  Anyways, James emailed me about his experience that day....
"This week I changed my first poopy diapers. It was a crappy job. I was changing the twins, and Scarlett knew her turn was next. She walked over, started pulling down her diaper, then looked in it, stopped, said "WOW that's a BIG POOP," and pulled it back up. That was not what I was hoping to hear. She was right, it was a big poop. And it was everywhere. Hailey had to plug my nose for me so I didn't throw up. But I did it. I am the conqueror!"
One afternoon James was the only adult awake... (he was holding Siena when he took this).

That last picture is priceless! Four adults and the girlies still wore you all out. Don't worry, it's a phase. It will get easier (meaning they eventually go off to school and you can sleep all you want.) (Don't tell Nate I sleep all day)

Ok I seriously get worn out just from reading your posts! Not sure how you do it. Do you ever get to even sit down during the day?!? I'm thinking no :)
