I know what you're thinking... Jenni, isn't it time to do your favorite things giveaway on your blog??? Well, yes, usually I do it during the Thanksgiving holiday. But this year I decided we are going to start doing it in January. November and December is too crazy and I'm sooo behind on blogging. So hang in there! Only a few more weeks before the prizes come!
Now, I have like 5 more posts for October. I know, sheesh. It's my favorite time of year! I'm going to try and consolidate everything as best as I can. We'll see....
We took the girls to a pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins this year.
Too bright!
I found these foam pumpkin kits at Hob Lob. It was our favorite way to decorate them!
It was so much work! I just love how she's sleeping - with her sweet little arms.
The girls wore their pumpkin shirts when we went to IKEA. They were excited to find a "name color" wall (well, everyone except Skye). Jake was reading a story to the girls while I sat in a display chair and fed Skye.
Jami and I took the girls to Kroger after school. It just so happened that they had their indoor trick-or-treating then! What are the odds?!? What a fun time!
The girls got brave enough to say hi to the mascots. Jami on the other hand was not able to overcome her fear of people in costume masks.
One morning these bean bag frogs showed up on our porch - decked out in Halloween costumes!!!!

yeah for frogs! I also love that you just make yourself totally at home in IKEA. So funny. Just imagine, someday, you'll go without kids in tow and it'll only take 20 minutes (not counting standing in line of course, because their lines are the worst!)
