We had a super cute couple, Rebekah and Craig, move in the ward a few months ago. She was pregnant with their first baby. When talking at church she told me how she was nervous to have her little baby. So she came over several times and practiced her mommy skills on Baby Skye. She gave her a bath, held her, changed her, etc. She said she should practice on Skye cause she's such a sweetie and spoiling her ideals of what a newborn baby should be.
Since she was far away from family, Abby and I decided to throw her a baby shower.
Her mom was so grateful that we were taking care of her baby before she had her baby. She sent me boxes before the shower. All of Rebekah's sisters and mom sent gifts and her mom sent a bunch of shower decorations and take home gifts. Then when Rebekah opened her gifts we Facetimed her mom so she could be part of the fun.
It was a fun night and I'm glad we got to celebrate Rebekah and Craig's new baby.

Since I'm behind on blogging, Rebekah already had her baby. Little baby Carmen. She is sooo tiny and sweet! I went over to meet her while Rebakah's parents were in town. I changed Carmen's diaper and swaddled her. Both Rebekah and her mom were impressed at how fast I could swaddle. Haha! Not my first time! :-)
