Even the cupcakes wore tutus!
The food bowls wanted to join the fun. And the chocolate dipped marshmallows even wore little tutus (when they are right-side up).
Since it was a party for the twirls, it involved a lot of playing outside. The girls were just loving the play set. Poor girls had to maneuver around these huge, fluffy tulle tutus that their zealous mother made for them.
Yes, I'm in a tutu too. I told you how I love birthdays, right? Well, I go full-force. Even at the expense of my own reputation. My tutu was basically left over tulle tied on with a shoelace.
It was so fun to spend time with our fr-amily.
I'm so glad my mom was there to help!!! I get all super-stressed when we have crazy fun stuff at my house. It was nice to have my mom there!!!
Just doing their favorite hobby: airplane spotting!
Jake smoked a bunch of drum sticks for our BBQ. The kids did a great job of eating on their little tables.
Scarlett went to Grammy and asked if she could take her tutu off. My mom said it was fine. Jamie was standing right there and said that I would probably make her put it back on. Literally 5 seconds later I walked up and said "Scarlett, where's your tutu?" haha!
Look at baby Farrah's little tutu!
Dad was the king of bubble necklaces!!
Opening gifts. Jaide is snuggling her new puppy - adorable! I was so impressed with the thoughtful and creative gifts that my friends brought for the twirls.
It's my party, I can cry if I want to!

Holy cow, those kids are cute! Good job on the party!
You know what my comment is going to be, right? Where is Jake's tu-tu? I thought you said everyone had to wear one! Even if he was a party pooper, it looks like a great party and some great weather! I can't believe how big and cute those twirls are getting. Happy golden birthday to them!
I will leave another comment since I don't think the other one posted. What a great party. Love the themes you pick out. My mouth is watering for some of Jake's smoked chicken drumsticks. Also, looks like the weather was perfect. You know of course the next big challenge; before they turn 3 get them potty-trained. You could plan a big vacation with the money you will save on diapers. In fact, I was thinking by the time we are done with our mission they will be potty-trained. Woo-hoo!! Anyway, cute, cute, cute!
Awesome party! In this and a few of your previous posts, when all three girls are sitting down I've mistaken Scarlett for one of the twirls. They could be triplets!
I love Jake's face in the picture where he's helping Siena blow out her candles. Hahahahaha.
You've survived two years with twins! I think YOU should get a party!
