Swimming Lessons

Scarlett started swimming lessons a few weeks ago.  She LOVES LOVES LOVES going to the swimming pool!  It's been a great way to break up the cold Michigan winter.  The only down side is she's super tired after and won't take a nap (grumpasaurus!)

Jake came the first time and took pictures.  But the next lesson he (and Steve) took the girls.  I stayed home with the twins so we don't have any pictures of that... yet...

Scarlett loves to debate anything with a number.  "Do you want 2 crackers?"  "No, I want 3!"  "1 more minute."  "No, 3 more minutes."  etc... well this was a recent conversation of ours:
Scarlett: "I want to go to the pool."Mommy: "Not till Saturday, today is Tuesday."Scarlett: "No, I want 3 days"  (I guess she heard 2-sday!)  haha! I think we might have a little Andrya on our hands ;-)
Even though we can't go swimming everyday, we are able to have fun in our bath tub!

So fun! I'm glad she loves it and that you and Jake are able to divide and conquer.

That is a bathtub full of cuteness! My bathtub is just full of soap scum . . .

How fun!! I love watching their little faces when they're just learning to swim. They get the funniest expressions. :-)

What a great idea. Isn't it neat to see little ones love to learn new things. Old folks get too scared; we can learn a thing or two from Scarlett.

Swimming is a great way to survive winter. You're so lucky you have an indoor pool to go to.
