Skye's Birth Annoucement

It's official: Skye's been born!  I know you thought she was, but now you can have confidence she's really here!  ;-)

Just like the Twirls' copy machine birth announcement (check it out here), I knew I wanted to do something lighthearted and fun.  I decided to play off our "crayon box" color name theme.  After hours of photoshopping, here it is:

Jake, my mom, and I did a photo shoot of the girls when Skye was 3 weeks and 1 day old.  The girls were great for most of it, but they quickly lost interest.  After they left I did some solo photos of Skye.  She was soooooooo smiley!  Oh my goodness!  3 weeks old and she was hamming it up!  What an angel baby!  Then she fell asleep and just looked so angelic!  Look at this adorable crown headband that Jami found:

We've got a gaggle of gorgeous Glauser gals!

I was looking at Jake's old baby photos and I totally think Skye has his smile:

Look at all these smiles!  I was snapping pictures like crazy!  I didn't have time to set up the lighting or anything, she just started smiling and I was afraid to move her or change anything.  I'm so glad we caught her in this good mood!

Here are some photos from our group shots.  There were giggles, screams, and even fingers in Skye's mouth.  It was fun and frustrating!  But I'm glad we did it!

Our attempt to get a photo of all the girls kissing Skye - this was the best one!  haha!

This photo of the girls in the crayon box was a combination of 3 photos.  Thank goodness for photoshop!  Then I changed their shirts to match their name colors.

I saw our crayon box on the bulletin board at the OBGYN.  Ours definitely stands out as the most colorful and silly!  ;-)  Just like me (our motto: if you're not laughing, you're crying!)

Oh my goodness I just want to eat her up!!!!!

How fun! I think you are famous in the Dr.'s office. Just the other day I was commenting to Paul, "how does she come up with these genius creative ideas." I felt good if I simply had everyone dressed and fed.
