You Doin Your Best, Mommy!

Lately when I've been working out Scarlett will tell me "you doin your best, mommy! "  Apparently I look like I need some encouragement!  :-)  She brought me her green pants and asked if she could go excersizing too! I got her all dressed and set up her Elmo couch next to my yoga mat so she could work out with me.  About two seconds into the work out she got bored and went to her toy room.  But I thought she looked cute all dressed up!  Also, she often pulls her pants up to her knees (like capris) and informs me that she's "goin exercisin."

We love our Scarlett!  She's a goof ball and is always making us laugh!  She loves her "owl backpack" and suckers.  She often tells me "good luck" or "great job."
Sometimes she likes to act like a baby.
A new game....
When she's praying for dinner she'll say "thank you for da foood, thank you for my drink" if we forgot to get her a cup or if she took her drink in the toy room she'll stop her prayer right there and say "oh no! Where's my drink?!?"  We then need to get her drink before the prayer can continue.
She loves playing with her dad!  He's always coming up with fun stuff to do!

Remember when you said to me- "Mommy you're fat you need to exercise?" That was such a rude thing to say to me the last time I was out there.

Okay for my real comments-
Her exercise outfit is adorable and gives us great insight into what you are wearing while exercising.

I love the encouraging words she says, mostly because I've heard both her parents say those things to her -often.

Sometimes Grumple acts like a baby too. J/K

It seems like such a simple thing to have a daddy that plays with her, but it is such an vital part of her self worth throughout her life. She and the twirls are lucky girls to have engaged parents.

Confession- I've watched "No it says mommy" over and over.

I love the encouragement. It's like you have your own personal cheerleader!

My confession, I had to skip through the "No, it says Mommy." Maybe when I have my own grandkids I'll find it adorable; though I do find her stubbornness cute!

Did she get the bean bag-slide idea from the family video? Next time you're at the Bodens' house, her cousins will teach her how to REALLY play the game. (She may want to borrow one of her sister's helmets!)
