Siena was fascinated by Scarlett's bow "stop doin' that, baby!"
The lovely Lowders took our babies for most of the party! Seriously, I love coming to church stuff and getting a break from holding our girls. They are wonderful babies, but they always like to be held at the SAME TIME. Which really limits my multitasking abilities during the day. I wish I could make an announcement in Relief Society that I would love it if they want to hold my babies (I think many people are just afraid to ask - or maybe they don't want to get baby goop on their clothes..???) Anyways, thank you Lowders!
And we finally got to see Santa! You can see the sheer delight on her face...
which then morphed into this....
Mrs. Claus gave me Scarlett's goodie bag but she didn't want to have anything to do with it. Until we got in the car. The first thing she said was "where's my treat?" oh my.
Random photo of Jaidey Lady playing in the bouncer with her arms straight down by her side. She does this often.
Our majestic and magnificent Christmas tree! I put it on the tiny table to make it look less pathetic. Instead it just looks like a pathetic tree on a table! Scarlett really likes it though. Some of the decorations are from our Halloween costumes. And I bought plastic ornaments so she could play with them. They spend most of their time OFF the tree.
Jake made good use of our extra lights.
Scarlett likes to tell us who each "big sock" belongs to, can you guess?
Playing with our nativity. We talk a lot about how Christmas is a birthday party for Baby Jesus.

I became an Amazon fan when we lived in rural Wisconsin. Nice to get anything I wanted delivered right to my door! I can only imagine how nice it is to shop online instead of taking all those cute girls out in the snow!
You totally SHOULD make an announcement in RS and say you're looking for a break from holding the babies. People will be lining up to get a turn - I love holding other people's babies at church, because then I can give 'em back and go home and take a nap. All the cuddles, none of the responsibility. :-)
Not fair, I want to hold the babies!
Love the stockings; we actually have the red one at our house too. The kids are so cute at this age. Love your videos.
Such a sweet picture of Scarlett and Kaylie. How fun for them to play with each other now instead of just tolerating each other in the same room and taking whatever toy away the other one had.
I have to insert that it is weird to see all these pictures of Jake and he isn't wearing glasses. He looked great in glasses, but even more handsome now that we can see his gorgeous eyes all the time, without any glare.
I love those Lowders- so nice for Vickie and I to know our children have help when they are so far from home.
Ha ha ha Scarlett's reaction to Santa- too funny.
Jaide's arms at her side is cute-
Oh all the many years ahead you have of littles helping you decorate and redecorate all year long.
Love the santa hats on the girls' helmets. You are so stinking adorable!
