We finally realized it was time to upgrade from our double snap and go stroller. I loved that thing but the twirls were starting to get bored staring at the ceiling everywhere we went. So I started researching double strollers. First I had to decide if I wanted a front/back one or side-by-side. After talking to my cousins LL, Emily and Jill I realized a front/back would suit my needs better. Plus it has more storage space. And if there is one thing that I'm known for among my friends - it would be that I am always prepared with stuff. I almost always have these things on me: wipes, diapers, snacks, lotion, hand sanitizer, epi pens, benadryl, toys, blankets, burp clothes, water, butt paste, chap stick, first aid kit, tylenol, pen, paper, camera, sunglasses, and (as Laura likes to say) a copy of my tax returns.
I read a TON of stroller reviews and went to Buy Buy Baby no less than 3 times to try different models. One thing I found in my research is that most double strollers only have 1 seat that reclines fully. This was a deal breaker since our girls like to nap during church. I finally came across the Contours Options Double Stroller. It included all the features I was looking for except snack trays for the kiddos and parents.
I found some aftermarket velcro snack trays and we were in business! Look at the name of the snack trays: (they're even spelled the same)
The seats can be facing each other, facing forward, facing toward me, or facing back to back. When they sleep it works best to have them face to face so that I can cover them up with a blanket. I use those teething links to clip the blanket onto the canopy!
With the new stroller it's been a lot more fun for everyone when we go on walks. And Scarlett loves the bar on the side. It's her "handle".

No seat for Scarlett? Poor girl. I love that she looms like one of those mom's who went to the gym today and never made it out of her gym clothes. So cute!
Looks like you have every thing but head and tail lights and a fanny flag, love it! Grandma
Looks fantastic! I used to have my oldest stand on the rim of the basket and hang on to the handle with me when he was tired of walking. Worked great in a pinch. :-)
That looks like a great stroller! Those twirls are heavy, I have learned, so I think a big tough stroller is so good for you!!
