Devilles at the Fire Station

You probably don't know this, but Michigan get really cold in the winter.  *pause for shocked gasps*  It really does.  Well last winter I scheduled a Fire Station tour to help get us out of the house.  It was so fun that I decided to do it again this year.  We invited our ward to join in the fun.

Getting the full Fire demo from the awesome firefighters of the Canton FD Red Crew.  They did a great job talking about fire safety with the young audience.

They didn't let the kids sit inside the trucks this year.  Probably cause there were sooo many little ones.  The twirls were a so mischievous - wanting to run in different directions the second I put them down.  Screaming if I held their hands.  My arms were shaking from the weight of carrying both of them around.  Oh my goodness.  I was so sweaty!  One fire fighter was like "well, I used to want twins.  But now I'm not so sure."  haha!  I hope he gets them!

I don't know if you can tell in the group photo but, all 4 of the Glauser girls are covered in Dalmatian spots.  Scarlett wanted to bring Marshall to the fire station again and I realized we all have outfits to match!  I know hers are actually jammies - but I couldn't pass up on the opportunity.  I think we looked like Cruella Deville and her little minions.  bwahaha!  Halloween 2012 flashback!

Oh, how we loved to go to the firehouse at that age! What a fun mom you are to set that up!

Maybe we need to design some sort of twin holster system, so you can hands free carry both twirls at one time. :-)

Fire station trips are the best. I am always fascinated even as an adult.
