Jake and I got a gift card from the our pediatric dentist to Outback Steakhouse for referring our friends. We got a sitter and decided to hit the town! During our meal a waitress was walking by our table with some dirty dishes and a little cup of salad dressing fell of the tray, hit the floor, and splattered all over the wall and down my side. !!!! Haha! I was just frozen in place by the shock. The waitress came over and was soooo apologetic. I just laughed and told her salad dressing is way better than my normal day of baby fluids. I started wiping my front while the waitress started wiping my back and my hair! Luckily the dressing wiped off with no problem. Later in our meal the waitress came over and offered us a free dessert cause she felt so bad. After the dessert and gift card we got our check and Jake said "wow, not a bad date... Fiscally." Then he looked up at me and quickly added "oh and a great date overall!" haha! Nice save.
Bribing my girls with Wendy's so I could blitz around Hob Lob. Kandy bought Scarlett this romper - ADORABLE!
Jake brought these hats home from work: thug!
Here the girls are enamored with a party light that Grandma Gina gave us (along with the hula hoops and other things) before she moved to Utah. I'm so sad that she's gone! *tears* She was a huge support to me and often saved me on Sunday by being an extra set of helpful mother arms. I'm going to miss her!!!
I was in the car with Scarlett and I used my voice recognition to dial: "Call Jakey Jake Mobile." It was raining outside so it was having a hard time picking up my voice. I tried a few times then Scarlett started yelling "Call Jakey Jake Mobile!" from the backseat. haha! She kept yelling it and messing me up! Now she often will randomly yell "Call Jakey Jake Mobile!" Silly goose!
These girls love to swing, in fact all three of them often want to swing at the EXACT SAME TIME. So that's fun. *sarcasm font* If the weather is bad then we'll hang out in the basement where the girls like to pull each other around on our sled.
Scarlett wanted to wear her "princess dress" (from James and Hailey's wedding) to church. She told me "I can't wait to show my dress to my teacher and my friends. Everyone will love it." I'm glad she felt beautiful! I told her to say "cheese" for the photo and Siena ran over and yelled "cheeeeese!" Siena loves taking pictures!
These twirls love to hug and tickle!
I asked them to take a photo after church to send to Aunt Jami (cause she found them these adorable dresses) and my mom (cause she bought Scarlett these high heels). Apparently they also LOVED that idea! *sarcasm font again*
Scarlett's first selfie! I need to teach her about angles...
Scarlett took a photo of my clover tongue. My family thinks it's gross - can anyone else do this???
At ward play group, my friend took a picture cause she thought it was cute that I matched my girls (not on purpose)! The girls were being so cute and eating like puppies from their bowls off the floor.
This video starts with the twirls trying to lick the chocolate off their faces then moves into popcorn popping.
I spent a very productive afternoon re-organizing my closet. I even made labels for the different sections! But I thought I would post a picture of my under tank organization. I use a belt hangar instead of folding them. Much easier to dig through when getting ready. I used to have them color coded, but now it's sorted by how much I like/wear them. And yes, I have a dickie and I love it (except the black color bleeds onto light shirts...).

If those Outback desserts are part of Whole 30, -- when can we start?!?!
I can do that with my tongue--is it genetic? Can others in our family do it??
No luck with the tongue thing here.....must have missed that gene.
At first I thought you got dinner because of Scarlett's no cavity club and I was thinking I really need to switch dentists!! Jake and the fiscally good date - that made me laugh out loud, and I'm still giggling whenever I think of it.
I love the belt hanger for your tanks - what a fantastic idea!! I'm going to copy that...I'm hoping to redo our closet this fall. I've got my clothes in these pink fabric hanging bins, like you'd use in a dorm, and I just found that anything white that is touching the pink fabric is picking up pink dye. Ugh. So, time for an update and I'm totally stealing your brilliant idea.
Loving the tie hanger, too!
