Where do two engineers spend their anniversary? At the North American International Auto Show of course! Luckily this year our anniversary landed on MLK day so Jake was home from work, Jami watched the girls, and we headed to Detroit. If you're going to go to an auto show, you need to visit the one in Motor City. It's HUGE and GORGEOUS! You can see some of the exhibits here.
We spent over 3 hours walking around looking at all the clever displays. We spent the most time in the Ford area (of course). We even saw some missionaries (on p day).
One lady came up to me and told me that I looked so cute with my prego bump! :-)
Jake sitting in a Miata, testing it for size (he's always looking for his next car). And sitting in the 3 wheeled Elio commuter car.
Jami sent us this text while we were at the show:
Then when we got home, Scarlett gave us this card...
Cover: "Glauser" with happy faces for all the girls
Inside: "Love You" and "Scarlett" with happy faces for mom and dad
Back: "01-18-2016" "8 Years"
Jami said when she was making the card she knew exactly what she wanted to write on it and Jami just helped her with the spelling!
After dinner we decided we better come home to help Jami get the girls in bed. We went upstairs and found them all in the girls' room singing songs, already bathed and everything! Best anniversary gift ever!

Happy Anniversary!!! Love you guys!
(The twirls, in that last picture! Hahahaha! Poor tired girls! Jami must have worked 'em hard!)
What a great date. I loved all the pictures and especially. Enjoyed the baby bump sign. Gifts made from little hands are my favorite- I still have all of mine. I thought the same thing as LL- the twirls looked like they had a great night.
