I took the twirls to get their helmets adjusted. Ironically I smacked my head when getting in my car to go to their appt. Ouch! I still have a little goose egg.
Molly said we get to decide how long we want them to use the helmets. Most head growth slows down between 12-18 months. The girls still have a two inch size flat spot on the back of their heads, so I think it will be at least a few more months. The range for Cephalic Index should be in the range of: 69.5-87.5.
I was curious what my CI was... that way I could have an idea what I should target for my girls. She said I was the first parent to ask for my own head measurements. :-) Then we measured Scarlett's.

Jacob, make sure Jenni wears her helmet so she doesn't get hurt!
Yay for Jake's eyes!
I can't believe no other parents ask - it is such a sensible question! Looks like the girls aren't too far off from you...hopefully you'll be done with helmets soon. Though, to be honest, once they're not wearing helmets I'm never gonna know who is who...
How long have they had the helmets now? Looks like they're close!
I keep wanting LASEK now . . . I might not be tough enough for it.
And kudos on having them measure you, too--I totally would've wanted to know!!
