Scarlett wanted a Rainbow Birthday Party for her 4th bday this year. In order to make her invitations, we decided to do a Rainbow Photo Shoot. Scarlett helped me make the backdrop out of cardstock paper, using this tutorial. Then I lightly misted them with water so they would stretch out quickly (since we made them a few hours before the photo shoot, instead of a day before like the tutorial suggests.)
We set up the backdrop, did Scarlett's hair, took all the photos, and put everything away during the twirls's two hour nap time - we were hustling! Scarlett was excited to play fashion model and I love these photos! They perfectly capture her silly imagination and her wonderful smile! (If you're wondering why they have different looks, it's because I am still learning photoshop and playing around with the different techniques - and a few of them I didn't get around to editing.)
Our set up - so glad we have our huge window that gives glorious natural light!
